In addition, it encourages healthy life habits and promotes teamwork, as explained.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative will be developed during the months of October, November and December, at Playa de los N\u00c3\u00a1ufragos, with Blue Flag and ISO quality certificate, it has been the place chosen for the activities. &#8220;It is wide, easily accessible and is equipped with sports elements,&#8221; said the mayor. Registration is completely free and beneficiaries can sign up for more than one activity in the ADL or in the main tourist office.<\/p>\n<p>The offer, aimed at people over 18 years, is aimed at a maximum of 750 people. Regarding the activities, two different ones will be offered for each month during two days a week, Monday and Wednesday (with the exception of holidays), from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. divided into two shifts: from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in the first shift and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the second shift.<\/p>\n<p>In October there will be salsa from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. and yoga from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. In November, pilates in the first shift and buzzes in the second shift, and in December, functional training and maintenance gymnastics, respectively.
